I do worry for the heat factor though. Today I sprayed down the chicken run in hopes that will help some. I've asked Pop (for the third time) to get them a mister, so that will be nice for them.
They still don't have any roosts! Poor biddies! Oh well, SOON!
my kiddos (who are up way past their bedtime) want to know what kind of chicken this is - her look reminds us of our ameraucanas, but the color is like our buff orpingtons. i just got your email and picture today and will be writing back real soon (maybe when the children aren't reading over my shoulder).
